Yes, you will get an email confirmation with a link to download your report in PDF format, which can be used to send in Whatsapp or email or you can take a printout to discuss with your Astrologer.

 How do I cancel my order?
You cannot initiate online cancellation from your order history/log, so it is recommended to contact our Customer Support team for cancellation request or for any cancellation related questions/clarifications. Generally, we will be accepting your cancellation request if it is not processed. So kindly fill the details in the "Customer Support" from within 6 hours of your order placement.

 How long will it take to process my cancellation request?
We will process your cancellation request within 6 hours based on the business working hours and it will take 3 to 4 days for the refund.

 Is it safe to give my credit/debit card details for the purchase?
Yes, its safe, because you are doing payment through CCAvenue secure payment gateway. App developers will not have access to the user's credit/debit card details through this payment process, so it safe & secure.

 I can't able to add my debit card details on the payment methods, it keeps showing me an error message as correct this card info or try a different card. What should I do?
Some debit cards are enabled only for domestic use by default, it can be activated for International usage by approaching the Bank.

 How accurate should the time of birth?
The more accurate, it is better. There are a number of calculations which require precision up to the minute of the birth time. And around 20 kilometers for the place of birth is sufficient.

 What is the process once I book a Puja/Homa?
Once you make your advance payment for the puja / homa, we will generate an order number and email you booking confirmation details. Two days before the puja / homa scheduled date, we will call and get update from you regarding the timing of the puja / homa and other details to make everything clear for successful completion for the puja / homa to bring positive energy to you & your family!

 How many days in advance should i book a pandit?
We recommend that you to make the booking at least 3 in advance. So that our executive will call & understand your requirements & plan accordingly.

 Can I pay partial amount as advance to confirm the puja and pay the balance as cash or pay online after the homa?
Yes, you can pay the partial amount as token advance to confirm your booking. You can pay the balance amount by cash to our Priest directly after the puja / homa got completed.

 How long does the puja / homa take to complete?
Generally pujas are typically performed for 1:30+ hours, at the same time it also depends on the package selected for the pujas.

 What all items I need to keep ready for the puja, how will I know?
As soon as you book the puja by paying advance amount, you will be receiving a To-do List in your email in 48 hours, which will clearly mention all the required items like deepam, matchbox, puja bell, mats, bowls, trays etc you need to keep ready.

 What all materials will the priest bring along with him?
Our Priests will bring all the samagris like Coconuts, Kalash, Dhoop, samith sticks, Navdhanya, rice, dravyas, ghee, darba, Camphor etc., which is used in puja / homa.

 Do I need to pay any extra dakshina to the priest?
No, you don’t need to pay any extra amount as dakshina as this will be already included in the package.

 Do I need to pay extra for the travel charge?
No, you don’t need to pay extra for the travel charges, but if the puja is very far and out of our service area limit, then you may need to pay the extra charge which you can ask with the customer support team while booking.

 What will I do if the Pandit is not coming on time?
Most of the time our Pandits will be before the given time, but sometimes due to some unavoidable circumstances pandits will be a bit late but they will reach your place so you can be assured they will come.

 Can I change / prepone / postpone my booking?
Yes, you can do all of the above provided the change request is sent to us at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled Puja date and time. This will give us time to make the necessary changes needed without any issues and inconvenience. However, the above mentioned facilities are only provided subject to our ability and feasibility to undertake Puja on the rescheduled date.  Can I cancel a Puja after booking?
Unfortunately, once you book a Puja, the same cannot be cancelled as the process is set in motion almost instantaneously. You can however, change the date and details of the puja, provided the change request is sent to us at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled puja / homa date and time. Order once placed through the application or website or through any other medium may not be cancelled or refunded. However, under an exceptional circumstance, only wherein the we fails to deliver the service, then we will refund the entire amount charged from you, within 90 days.
